  The best EVER! I had a bad experience and urgently needed somewhere to stay. I toured, and put my application in the next day, and was in my apartment the following week! All of the staff was very nice and attentive! Mone and Leigh Ann are so upbeat and positive, and make sure everything is flowing correctly! Thank you guys!

  Last week I went and viewed the property and loved it. I loved the size as well as the amenities. HOWEVER, 4 days later, when I went and viewed it with my husband, the price had already gone up by 145.00. To me that is unacceptable. As a potential tenant, it was a huge red flag because it makes no sense to move in, and a year from now, who knows what it will be. They stated that the price was based on the market but what market Im unusre. We looked at 4 other apartments on the street and none of them went up. When I asked the lady she stated that their prices go up every Monday!!! You can definitely tell they are not locally owned. I saw tons of great 5 star reviews , which made me look but with it being new everyone is nice when you sign up its the after effect that I look at. Im so glad I caught the price increase on the paperwork she gave me and asked. AGAIN, staff was nice but whoever owns this place. Hell to the no.
