- TKTatiana KJun 12, 20205.0I was Bayonne tenant for two years. That was the best place in Baton Rouge to rent. I looked at 40+ places and no one can compete. It has perfect location close to I-10, to the best groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, across the road from University Lake, walking distance from stadium and campus, etc, etc. Just 7 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to the airport. You can ride bicycle right from the garage to the University Lake, to the Mississippi Levy, to downtown farmers market – everything is close and safe to ride. Bayonne has absolutely beautiful gardens, pool, privet lake. Very nice and pleasant, well maintained. Quiet, clean, relaxing. The rooms layout is very smart, everything is very convenient. A lot of storage place. Monthly newsletter provides information on what is going on in the complex and beyond. Tanner and the entire team is very supportive and will address your requests. Laikyn is an exceptional manager. After she took over the quality of service and living was very noticeably improved. She will do whatever she can to address your needs while keeping interests of every tenant in the focus. She is very professional, responsive and just great. Bayonne is lucky to have her. If you are looking for a place to enjoy your living in Baton Rouge - Bayonne is the one.

I was equally impressed with the staff here, especially the Community Manager Laikyn! She seemed to truly care about anyone visiting the community and the residents. I also loved the convenient location which was right across from the LSU lakes and still a short distance from downtown Baton Rouge. I also love the fact that Bayonne at Southshore is gated, has a 24 hour fitness center and has elevators! I definitely recommend stopping by to view the community and making Bayou at Southshore your new home!
