  Ms. Wanda the apartment manager is absolutely amazing. She’s extremely helpful with everything. The apartments are kid friendly and very family oriented. I am a current resident and I love living here.

  This was the Greatest move I’ve ever made thus far, I’m beyond grateful for kind hearted vessels like The Mrs. Wanda Godfrey… a year ago today, she welcomed me with open arms, as a tenant, all I can say is good people are hard to come by, & as long as she ‘s around. I will be here as well…Blessings to her, and her entire staff.

  Living At Avalon Was Like Living Around Family…Mrs.Wanda Is The Best At How She Runs The Complex... She Makes Sure Any Problems Are Concerns Are Handled ASAP..Had No Major Issues While Staying Here Very Quiet And Well Kept Property Courtesy Of Mr.Ronnie…Thank You Guys!!!!
