  I highly recommend using a different company, and if you choose to use this one locally in Williamsburg hire your own people for everything. The only thing that went right was the modular home. Our contractor got the ok Monday didn't start till week later stating out spending money. We weren't asked how we want home placed so now our home sits longways at end of our driveway. Only thing asked for was flat place for pool and trampoline no yard. The concrete people just dumped their access concrete on our driveway. We still don't have a porch which we're being played around with on our invoice but not on any orders. Reaching someone and getting a response is like pulling teeth. Driveway wasn't packed down good so is a complete mess be surprised when that gets fixed as well. We chose to ignore the reviews thinking it was just grumpy people finding out for ourselves that's not the case.

  I would not recommend this place they are a rip off cheep homes with high price. Yes they come back a few times you have to stay on to them when they will answer their phone or keep putting you off.we have had nothing but problems with ares.and who ever they had putting siding on did not or does not know what he doing. Bad job here. So be where my best bet go somewhere else..

  Excellent Experience! I would give them 10 stars. From the very first visit just "looking" to handing me the keys to my home every person I dealt with was respectful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The salesmen, The sales manager, the Project manager, the Service manager and The crew that came to my home to do my walk through and explained everything about my home.. All were amazing. My home is built to my request and I Love it! Every concern I had after my house was setup and I had moved in, they address quickly and efficiently. I'm Grateful for my Home Center team🏆🙂🙂

  Clayton, our home was moved to our property October 2023 we moved in August of 2024 without any work being done, our tile shower is leaking, and holding water, we have several cracks in the ceiling one of which is in the kitchen and is puffy looking where they did a poor job and fixing it. We also paid for backfill and someone came out and did a halfway job we were told they would be back to fix it and haven’t, our home was disgusting where contractors came in a tried to paint and it was splattered on floors walls, windows, appliances, our microwave holds moisture on the inside of the front panel, we have several walls that need repaired where the cracks were filled but the wrong paint color was applied our ceiling was painted with the wrong color so we have squares throughout the dinning room, kitchen, and living room, our tub makes a gargling sound and brings dirty water up when the washer is going, the list goes on and on I would beg someone not to buy from them. We should’ve went to our local Clayton homes we know several that have had great results. They never answer there phone I have sent the manager Brandon several messages without reply’s I can post screenshots. I don’t know how they are still in business or sleep good at night, they need to be in a lawsuit!
