  I went to Clayton Homes about a year ago if not longer. Paul Ritter came and introduced hisself and I talked to him about wanting to buy a mobile home. Well let me tell you I was probably the hardest client he’s ever dealt with. Just because of all the stuff we had to do in order to get approved. Then I got approved and that loan had expired. By that time my credit had went down so then I wasn’t approved. So I worked on getting my credit back up and eventually did so was approved again. Then I had to be added to the title of the home I was currently in. Well I went to do that and come to find out I had to detach the trailer from the land because it was considered 1 unit so that was a mess that took forever to be done. I eventually got it done but Paul helped me get through this he said he would do what ever it took to get me into a new mobile home and he did. I couldn’t ask for a better salesman than him. So I highly recommend Paul Ritters if you’re looking to buy a new mobile home. Thanks again Paul and Clayton Home.

  We had a great experience working with Clayton Homes. From the moment we walked in, the team was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of our questions. Our project was overwhelming at the start, but they helped guide us through the entire process step by step. We especially appreciated how patient they were when our survey got delayed. The communication throughout the process was clear, and they made sure we understood each stage. Overall, we’re very happy with our experience and would recommend Clayton Homes to anyone looking into manufactured housing

  Jeff Reckers is one of KINDEST men we have ever met! We are very new to this whole process and have so many questions, to which he answers fast and explains the answer in detail. Our experience with him has been far greater than what we experienced going to Dry Ridge location first, causing Jeff to have our loyalty. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He has made us feel more comfortable and less nervous being home buyers. He is so understanding, especially with having our crazy toddler run around! I can’t wait to see how far we go into this journey with him!

  Building a home we thought was only going to be a dream with Drew and his team has been great. We have been treated well, informed of the processing, and communication between Drew and our lender has been fantastic. Now nothing is ever perfect with how many people, parts, regulations, and weather are a part of building a house and setting it all up brand new but they have made the process as simple as possible for us and we're staying informed along the way. Thank you Clayton Homes and Drew, this team have all made this a reasonable experience, and helped us find the balance we needed between our options and needs.
