- JJJohnOct 7, 20252.0We bought our home from Clayton a few years ago. I gave 2 stars because the delivery and set up was fairly quick. But within 6 months one of the shut off valves for the water busted. I replaced myself. We have had multiple leaks that have damaged the drywall in the house. The leaks are coming from the trim outside right under the roof line. I have talked to a couple of other people that I know that bought from clayton and they have had the same issue. If you are looking to buy a mobile home I urge you to shop around before buying from clayton.

- CNCarla NewportDec 9, 20191.0My sister in law bought a double wide in Somerset to be placed in Tennessee. Brought first half then left second half sitting at state line for days !!! Finally got it, they got stuck in the yard. They told her she would be in by Thanksgiving 😡 they won’t be In by Christmas !!! Still not put together, painted or plumbed NOTHING !!!!! It’s just setting in the yard in 2 parts!!!! Once you buy they forget about you. PATHETIC
