- JJJohnOct 7, 20252.0We bought our home from Clayton a few years ago. I gave 2 stars because the delivery and set up was fairly quick. But within 6 months one of the shut off valves for the water busted. I replaced myself. We have had multiple leaks that have damaged the drywall in the house. The leaks are coming from the trim outside right under the roof line. I have talked to a couple of other people that I know that bought from clayton and they have had the same issue. If you are looking to buy a mobile home I urge you to shop around before buying from clayton.
- BSBrandon SchollJun 19, 20252.0Look at the review for the last 4 months other than 1… 2 or 1 star. The good — Got the house on land in a timely manner with bad weather. Everything else — Very bad communication for warranty, brand new water heater didn’t work, took a week to get replaced. As previous review states both companies blame each other for repair. The warranty crew show up when they want and not the time they tell you (apparently one day over half the crew didn’t show up to work). And take a long time to repair anything, once they are there. I’m Shopping around with other companies for rental houses and you can find the same layout house for much less completely setup.
