  The application process was amazing. The staff cares about their jobs. Its obvious in they way they treat people, how they help and their enthusiasm. No application fee, easy application process and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Whitney is pleasant and courteous, Jeff is easy going and kind. Its obvious that they both care about the future of their tenants. Charlotte called to make sure everything went smoothly and the transition is seamless. If you think another process is easier then you never applied anywhere else. Happy to move in my entire family

  Living here was a great experience! The community is very quiet and laid back, very welcoming, and calm. The leasing office is very understanding, nice, quick to respond, etc. As well as maintenance always made time to assess your needs asap! I would recommend this complex to anyone!

  Would not recommend. Within the past 1-2 years, we’re under new management. Since being under new management, concerns or complaints, particularly about noise go unrecognized. There’s no closed communication. I’ve filed complaints more than once which truly says a lot because I am not one to complain. The first one I filed once we were under new management, I was asked ‘what kind of noise?’ as if my complaint wasn’t valid.. When it was 100% valid because I had videos with sound only- which once I sent, they understood. Additionally, there is not always communication regarding what was done about my complaint, if anything. Previously this was not an issue and communication was great. Subsequent noise complaints have resulted in responses such as, this will be escalated, and the follow up is either non existent or extremely delayed. Definitely would not recommend. The other reason I would not recommend is nearly half the summer of 2025 I did not have AC. The first time they had to come to “fix” it, I was told that the previous management company didn’t care for HVACs they way they should’ve and that was the reason it wasn’t working. However, in 2024, the unit in my apartment was replaced and once that was done, I never had any issues, but had to have them come out multiple times once we were under “new” management. I’ve lived in these apartments since towards the end of 2021 and I would not recommend.
