- DDDanielle DurbinAug 25, 20221.0Do not EVER under ANY circumstances build with Pulte in this neighborhood. If it didn’t mean capital gains and a poor housing market, I’d sell this house immediately and move. We are 5 months past closing (took 13 months to build) and the issues we still cannot get anyone to resolve are so bad that all I can do is laugh. Broken or missing appliances, broken windows, crooked door frames, doors coming off the hinges, faulty electric work, looks like paint was done by a child, carpet is coming up, vinyl is coming up, chips and holes in baseboards, loose hand railings, giant holes in the ceiling, dead sod, improper yard grading ie: flooding, the list goes on and on. Half of these 5 star reviews are guys who work on the crew. I look around, disgusted by how many problems are not being fixed, on a DAILY basis, and have only heard similar experiences from neighbors. Seriously do not try to convince yourself that your specific experience will be different. It will not.
