- HMHaven MorphewFeb 3, 20265.0I have to say with all these negative reviews I’m baffled but people always feel the need to post things when they’re upset bashing someone. This was me and my husbands first apartment and we started with a 1bd 1bth. For two years it was amazing and we had great neighbors, only thing was bees on our patio, and feces outside but that cannot be helped much without the residents help. Dog bags are also provided around the premises to help with disposal for free. We loved being here so much we moved into the 2bd 1bth home and lived another two years or so before moving to another complex to start our family with our son. We got married living here, had our son, made a beautiful nursery(always try and remove and repaint after) , and created everlasting memories. Maintence helped a ton and we even got a new dishwasher at some point. While the rent did increase like $100 every year sadly we were sad to leave. And they didn’t charge any unnecessary fees or gauge us for money while leaving. I do have multiple family and friends now living there and it’s always nice when visiting them and reminiscing of the time we had with Legends. It’s a very homey feel there!

They deserve 5 stars for their outstanding customer service and making the community feel so warm and elite. My husband and I have never lived anywhere like this before where the office staff and maintenance staff are dedicated to making you feel satisfied, welcomed and at home. They truly are a class of their own and we appreciate them so much!! We have only been here a few months, but I can already tell this place is gonna be home for a long time.
