    I have lived at the complex for a year and had the best experience with Jeremy on a maintenance issue with my furnace. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Jeremy!!!!!

    I would not recommend living here to anyone. My fiancé lived here before we moved in together. The leasing manager is a fraud and will do anything to charge you for false “cleaning” and “damage”. We have video proof of the apartment when we left, and asked for information on the damages multiple times after getting our letter of what she was trying to charge. She would not reply and sent it to collections for over $8000. The apartment had mold and multiple appliances that were beyond needing replaced. Based off what neighbors also said, this is nothing new. The management is a joke. If she worried about talking care of her tenants like she cares about standing outside to smoke her cigarettes, this place could be a lot better off. I would give zero stars if it was possible. Their pictures online are of the ONE updated unit, with premium pricing, while the others are not updated. In response to the trash office manager… After our last payment to you, John asked if we were good. You said YES. Then magically wanted to charge $400+ to replace 4 lightbulbs.. is INSANE. $700 for painting 4 doors. Let’s see the pre lease inspection… oh that’s right you don’t have one. You also never responded to his emails requesting the break down. You would never send it. We had to get it from the collection agency. Because you know it’s so wrong. So go outside and smoke another cigarette and ignore all tenants requests.

    This place will nickel & dime you for everything 911 service & trash. This why when my new condo is available, I will be out of here. I would never refer this place to anyone.
