  I have absolutely loved living here and can honestly say it’s been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. The layout of my unit was so thoughtfully designed: bright, spacious, and felt like a true home. I had multiple friends say that they loved the layout and facing 5th street with so many windows had a gorgeous amount of natural light. The grounds are beautifully maintained year-round, and everything from the hallways to the landscaping is kept in pristine condition. It’s also a very quiet and safe community, with neighbors who are friendly and respectful, which made it such a comfortable place to live. I never saw a pest in my apartment... which is important! Above all, the management team is attentive and truly cares about the residents. Their hard work shows in every detail. I am grateful to have called this place home and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run community that isn't interested in nickeling-and-diming you at every turn.

  Living at Monmouth Row was a great experience. Rosie and Candido are very responsive and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The surrounding area has great restaurants, close proximity to the river and the stadiums/downtown Cincinnati area. Overall, we had an exceptional time living at Monmouth Row and would recommend it to everyone.

  WOULD NOT RECOMMEND: For starters it's a loud/busy street with thin walls, so you hear everything that goes on outside the apartment. My breaking point was the construction that was never disclosed to me before re-signing my lease (right outside my apartment, directly across the street). The construction of a new parking garage/hotel literally shakes the entire building starting at 6:45am - 7:00am and is unbearably loud. The quality of living is NOT worth the price of this complex at all. I figured I would disclose this to the next residents that are thinking of moving in to this complex since the landlord/owner surely won't.

  Monmouth Row is a great place to live! The management and maintenance ensure the community is clean and well maintained. They are very responsive and plan fun, community-building events and activities year round. Monmouth Row is in a perfect location. Very close to Downtown and Uptown with quick access to all the major highways. Walkable neighborhood with friendly people. Grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment are plentiful. You will love Monmouth Row and Newport!

  1st Class property! Towne Properties always does things right and once again, no exceptions. The property manager and staff "on it", friendly and polite. Close to everything ( walking distance) and new!!!!!!!!!!
