The layout of my unit was so thoughtfully designed: bright, spacious, and felt like a true home. I had multiple friends say that they loved the layout and facing 5th street with so many windows had a gorgeous amount of natural light. The grounds are beautifully maintained year-round, and everything from the hallways to the landscaping is kept in pristine condition. It’s also a very quiet and safe community, with neighbors who are friendly and respectful, which made it such a comfortable place to live. I never saw a pest in my apartment... which is important! Above all, the management team is attentive and truly cares about the residents. Their hard work shows in every detail. I am grateful to have called this place home and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-run community that isn't interested in nickeling-and-diming you at every turn.

The surrounding area has great restaurants, close proximity to the river and the stadiums/downtown Cincinnati area. Overall, we had an exceptional time living at Monmouth Row and would recommend it to everyone.
