  The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of how great everything was before we bought and signed on the home. We worked directly with Matt who was very communicative and personable and worked with our schedule while we were in the process of picking out a home and throughout signing. My problems are the months post moving in, everyone becomes hard to get ahold of via any communication platform (text or email). When you do finally get ahold of someone or by the time they reach back out to you (if they ever do) you’ve already gotten your issues taken care of. Getting all the necessary permits/inspections was a nightmare, and I ended up being the middle man every single time because the communication between the county and my saleperson was so bad. I just got an email forwarded to me from the county where I’ve been now living for over 90 days, where they sent my salesperson an email on November 13 and had to forward it to me because they never received any correspondence; it was over an inspection that they could kick us out of our home over because we’re technically not supposed to be living in it. Among other issues this has been the final straw for me, I asked the county to reach out to me personally if they ever needed anything else.. I sent an email to this places general manager Scot (very similar to the review I’m currently leaving) and all he said was “Feel free to give me a call anytime, ask for Scot” with the phone number to the front desk that you can literally get off google. In the email I specifically asked for help with getting the house worked on because there are some things wrong with it that they’ve never came back to fix but I guess it was all too much for him to be bothered with reading, as I sent the email on my lunch break from work and don’t have time to sit on the phone with people all day. I know this is commonly the experience with buying a mobile home, but that doesn’t make it right. Also, don’t count on getting a referral check if you do send someone here, even if they tell you you’ll get one you likely won’t. The prices here are a bit better than a lot of other places BUT be prepared to learn a lot about permits, building codes and inspections.. because if the county wasn’t being so courteous with us right now they could put us out of our home and no one at International seems to care.
