  I been living at nightingale for about 4 years it’s so shitty here , they don’t come fix anything on top of having a big problem. I’m Currently pregnant and recently found out I’m allergic so I’m in and out of the hospital every other week due to having allergic reactions to the bugs . They only come to put nose traps down to “contain” and the shit does help definitely needs to be closed down I’m calling the health department

  If I could give a zero Stars I would this place is ridiculous trying to get in contact with someone my son's water bill over the past 6 months has been well over $1,000

  I have lived all over the United States. Louisville was not planned but I’ve been looking for housing for 2 months now. Living in hotels is fun for a while but not desired for long term. When applying to the Avenue Willows the young lady Lyric (I think was her name) answered all my questions very thoroughly, and even repeated and further explained what I did not understand at first. She was very polite and understanding of my situation. She even told me about a special they had going on for half off deposits🤩🫡 Not to mention the apartments are beautiful. I am totally looking forward to moving out of hotels and into my new apartment! More than satisfied, 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait!

  Great experience with The Edge Property Management. The community is well maintained, and the staff is always professional and helpful. The leasing agent Lyric is amazing, very welcoming, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. She made the process easy and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Been without an oven for four days have not been contacted to fix it by email phone number or text, they’re ai system barely works and is almost impossible to see or speak to any of the actual property managers. Bad office hours, not always in the office as they state, and I repeat they’re is no way to directly speak with a representative (human ) through the phone line, (3/13/26 ) still without heat for the month of march no contact to try and schedule maintenance or tell me what they are trying to do to fix it
