  Came to the office at 2:45pm and march 18, a Wednesday, to the office door locked with 3 cars outside. I've lived here for 3 almost 4 years and I've had not one good thing to say about this place.

  Useless management. Just know if u have issues with anything that has to do with the rent app (the one that already charges you a transaction fee) they’ll charge you any kind of other fee they can find and say they can’t do anything about it.

  I have lived at this apartment complex for over a year, and this recent experience has raised serious concerns about how maintenance requests and resident issues are handled. On December 31st, I submitted a maintenance request because my oven stopped working. I went over a month without a functioning oven. It was not replaced until after February 5th — and only after I called at 9:00 AM requesting that one be taken from an empty unit due to the extended delay. Even then, the installation did not occur until after the office had closed at 6:00 PM. A working oven is a basic essential appliance, not an optional convenience. When I asked to escalate the matter to higher management, I was initially provided with an incorrect email address and had to call back to obtain the correct contact information. I emailed upper management on February 5th and have yet to receive a response. On February 5th, I also submitted a maintenance request for my garbage disposal. As of February 20th, that issue remains unresolved. Additionally, my kitchen light fixture requires two long specialty bulbs. Instead of maintenance handling the replacement, I was given the bulbs and expected to install them myself. While attempting to do so, the bulb shattered across my kitchen floor, creating an unnecessary safety hazard. Residents are entitled to timely repairs, safe living conditions, and responsive management. Extended delays for essential appliances, lack of communication, and shifting maintenance responsibilities onto tenants reflect a concerning pattern. I look forward to a public response from management explaining how these ongoing maintenance delays and safety concerns will be addressed moving forward.

  Upkeep is awful, broken fridge for months without repair. 1000’s in food thrown out, over being gaslit by management I was getting a new fridge. Roof stained from poor insulation, dirty common areas. Bo resolution even at move out date. Don’t dare get an apartment without a washer or dryer hookup. The onsite laundromat is a joke at best.
