  There are rats, I’ve been without AC & heat for over 6 months now, maintenance sucks, the office sucks and never know what’s going on, these apartments are becoming ran down fast! The company that based in another state doesn’t care because they aren’t here obviously! Don’t walk, RUN AWAY!

  New management / new owner is worse & cheaper than the original one , we had a snow storm 4 days ago & they did not pre-salt our roads in addition these photos was taken today at 4pm they had bobcats ordered to clean sidewalks yesterday & refused to clear anything else including a safe place to park knowing its elders & disabled people who already have a hard time “lease violation” & if you plan on renting you don’t get to use the amenities you pay for “pool” or “gym” & the 24/7 security isn’t factual nether , parking is limit & if you park out of sight your car will be broken into

  I went to the office just to ask a simple question and the staffer lady was yelling at me for no reason being disrespectful to me. I cannot wait to move out of this place because they don’t respect you.this is not the first time she disrespected me and yelled at me .they don’t care about people

  Our AC is out of order for three weeks without any solution. I have been three times at the office, my wife once. The management told me that all depends of the contractor, and is out of their hands. So...I have to pay the rent on time but the contractor and the office can take all the time they need to fix the AC...maybe a month. Our son is allergic and he needs a regular temperature inside but now is really hot (+80°). I hope the owner read this and find the right solution.
