  Ellie Shipp was my real estate agent with the Hope Hayden Firm, when I purchased a condo in Louisville. Ellie was fantastic. I told her what I was looking for. We saw 18 condos the first day, and at the end of the day I made an offer on one that was perfect for me. We negotiated the offer, and we closed 20 days later. Ellie went above and beyond, answering my endless questions, looking up information, providing me advice, recommending a title company, and an inspector. Title closing was simple since I asked for all of the documents 3 days before we closed, and Ellie made sure I got them. I give her and her company 5 stars for the great work.
