  I came to the office at Jefferson landing.one of the leasing agents Ashleigh Escobar was super helpful and customer service was fantastic.,very friendly super clean environment she helps me with explaining everything about the unit and leasing.I will definitely refer more people to the office.

  Worst aparments ever office never answers the phone bc they are lazy I called 10 times they didn’t answer so I went to the office they they were just chitchatting with each other everytime and have a problem they need to come and fix bc it something bad they don’t come until 3 weeks later and the still haven’t came they steal cars and break into them and do nothing about it when security is supposed to be here all night they are never here and increase rent $100 every year as if they were good and secure

  Literally, the worst place to live ever I can’t wait to leave! I’ve been here since Feb 2023 and Maintenance doesn’t get taken care of and when it does, they’re making mistakes like doing somebody else’s maintenance request and leaving all of their information on the counter to fix the issue that’s not even in your building/ unit. The property is filled and I mean field with trash from food all over the steps and feces from animals. I’ve complained about it was told the breezeway would be sprayed. They were never sprayed. They even put signs up about it and it was never taken care of. I’ve sent email after email never got a response. I’ve had a maintenance issue for a week was told by emergency maintenance It would be taken care of. It hasn’t been taken care of and I’ve called the office over and over and over no matter what time of day they don’t answer the phone they want you to come in during office hours when people work. The walls are as thin as paper. There’s always some kind of commotion no matter the time day and night whether it’s kids neighbors arguing and fighting the cops being there 25 /8. This has been the worst experience, the worst place to raise a family and you pay all this money for nothing. The office staff sucks They’re inconsistent non helpful inconsiderate and illiterate. Now we have new management and no one can help me when there’s an issue You call corporate and they can’t even help you Please don’t waste your time or money. I can’t wait to leave Once my lease is up, I’m out of here never looking back. This is a modernized projects. If you want to live in over paid legit mess noise Danger and crime please come here Other than that look elsewhere!!! Oh yeah and there’s also bugs hello surprise due to all the trash what can you expect ? This place has been a nightmare and I’m terribly saddened for my kids to even witness it finding a place where you’re comfortable a happy and taken care of worth your money is so hard to find these days
