  This property is different than most. During the recent snow- this property was plowed before most. The grounds are clean. The leasing staff is amazing. The maintenance crew is friendly and attentive. The rates are very reasonable. I truly cannot say enough good stuff about this property. A hidden gem.

  I would like to thank Ms. Sherice at Whispering Woods Apts for the easy transfer from one unit to another, she made it very easy to talk to. She explained every step of the way where I didn’t understand she made me understand what was going on with the apartment and when it was gonna be ready. If you are Looking for a nice spacious apartment and things are done in a timely matter please contact Ms. Sherice at Whispering Woods Apartments. These are some of the photos of the apartment looks like finished. All right, I will rate the apartment is a 10 out of a 10. Thank you again, Ms. Sherice

  First we have the most awesome, hard working, most thorough apartment manager ever, Ms Sharice. I never had in all 25 years I lived in Louisville had an apartment manager like Ms Sharice. I appreciated how she took time to explain each page of my lease, how she personally showed us our new home and how hard she works to see that all the residents of Whispering Woods apartments are safe, comfortable and very well taken care of. We absolutely love our apartment!! It’s beautiful, huge and very comfortable. And it’s an amazing community here. Before at my old apartment complex we were completely miserable because it was dangerous ( I was always so afraid I slept with my lights on) unkept, the management did not care and the people weren’t neighborly. That’s not the case is here, it’s a beautiful community, and very quiet and peaceful here whereas I can calmly and comfortably sleep well in the dark!! lol I hope to and really am looking forward to living here for many years to come.
