I knew I wanted to become a resident after completing a guided tour with Patrick a couple months ago, and he was so quick and efficient in answering any and all questions I had along the way! By move-in day, it’s safe to say Patrick had become a family favorite, and was so welcoming as I transitioned into my new space. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and so quiet! (As a teacher, this means EVERYTHING). The balconies are so cute, and all the neighbors I’ve met thus far have been so nice and friendly. Not to mention, the convenience of the area is unbelievable! You have Target, Kroger, Walmart, St. Matthews & Oxmoor Malls, Trader Joe’s, lots of dining options, and of course, some of Louisville’s finest businesses just down the road. I would highly recommend Waterford Place to any and everyone searching for a new place to call their own! ❤️
