I don’t recommend living here. The neighbors constantly steal packages, which is frustrating and creates a sense of insecurity. In addition, the smell of marijuana and other substances seeps through the air and heating system, making it impossible to stay inside the apartment without breathing in that smoke. This affects your health, as it turns you into a passive smoker even if you don’t smoke. For the sake of your lungs and your peace of mind, avoid this place.

Staff at Tymberwoodtrace have been excellent and very proactive and very helpful. Only point of concern is the pests that trouble us on a daily basis and with the winter setting in this has to be addressed on high priority to have a seamless experience

I'm extremely exited and happy for my new apartment, since the beginning mis Angela de manager was so helpful and help me in all the process with paper work ,she is extremely friendly and professional the apartment inside is so perfect nice and clean and I love the kepp outside clean and nice too I hope in the future the can add more plants and trees 🌳 it will help much more the maintenance is quick if is something is wrong 😊 I'm beyond happy to move here I highly recommend

I lived at Tymberwood Trace for 18 months from 2016-2017. It is a very great place to live. Close to just about everything! The manager when we moved in was awful, but they have gotten rid of her it seems. They are VERY strict and have lots of rules. Inspections every 3 months and when I say inspection, I mean they are INSPECTING your bed for bed bugs. Don't know if they had a problem with this previously or not but I do know this is not common practice for most apartments. I had to take off work once every 3 months so I could put my cat up while they were there. In the 1 bd with no patio, you have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom, which is awkward. Noise inside the apartments is a huge issue, but the community itself is very quiet. You can hear your neighbor's in their bedroom when you are in your bathroom. The noise above us was AWFUL (to be expected in bi-level apartments) People touch will touch and move your personal belongings out of the washer or dryer if they need to use it. They kept most of my deposit because they said my apartment wasn't clean enough when I moved out. I PAID someone professionally to clean it and they still said nope, not clean enough. Even though the apartment was DIRTY when I moved in. The toilet had a weird brown film all around it when I moved in and sure enough, all I had to do was CLEAN the toilet to get it out. IMAGINE THAT! But they're going to keep my deposit because the inside of the cabinets weren't wiped out. They also told me my carpet needed to be replaced, when in my opinion it needed to be replaced when I moved in. So that costs me the price of a professional cleaning company and I still didn't get my deposit back.
Those are just a few of my complaints but over all it is a decent place to live. It is very safe, affordable, and has a convenient location.
