  IDK who they're hiring now, but Veronica is very rude as a "property manager". I asked her to provide me the contact information of her higher ups twice, and she simply said they'll call you and disconnected the call.

  No issue with the apartments themselves but the grounds keeping here is terrible. The stairs leading to my apartment have never been treated for snow or ice. Today my pregnant fiancée fell on the sidewalk that they neglected to treat. We have also had homeless people steal items from the laundry room, random people following my fiancée and myself into our apartment because we didnt lock the door behind us in broad daylight. If you decide to live here remember you get what you pay for and with the money your saving I would invest in firearms to protect yourself.

  I don’t recommend living here. The neighbors constantly steal packages, which is frustrating and creates a sense of insecurity. In addition, the smell of marijuana and other substances seeps through the air and heating system, making it impossible to stay inside the apartment without breathing in that smoke. This affects your health, as it turns you into a passive smoker even if you don’t smoke. For the sake of your lungs and your peace of mind, avoid this place.

  Staff at Tymberwoodtrace have been excellent and very proactive and very helpful. Only point of concern is the pests that trouble us on a daily basis and with the winter setting in this has to be addressed on high priority to have a seamless experience
