Today I had the pleasure of being home when maintenance came in to do repairs. Brian gave me great customer service and he went above and beyond in assisting me. Conversation and service given was great! I even had my granddaughter with me and he talked to her as well. Awesome! Thank you Brian!

The location and overall environment are great, and having a washer and dryer included in the apartment is a huge plus for the rent price. The staff is always professional and helpful, and maintenance requests get taken care of quickly. My apartment is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The community is clean and safe, and the location is super convenient to shopping and restaurants. I honestly have no complaints—though I do wish there was a pool, that would make it perfect! Even without it, I’d still highly recommend The Metropolitan to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Keith is the best manager I’ve ever seen! I had a flood last year 2021 and within an hour everything was being taken care of a hotel has been arranged and I didn’t have to deal with anything they did it all for me! Any issues with my place are handled and fixed within 2 days! I love it here!!!
