- ECEko C.Dec 10, 20255.0Lived here for a year, moved out a couple of months ago. The Grove at Lyndon was a great experience. The apartment building: well kept, everything is clean, landscaping is always on point, very good windows keeps the electric/gas bill low Maintenance: absolutely great maintenence, never had to wait long for any service. They show up and fix any issue in a very timely manner. Staff: super friendly staff, open to help with anything, always make time to speak with you about your concern or question. Neighbors: other than one neighbor who played his guitar speakers way too loud, the neighbors are definitely awesome. I've had misplaced amazon deliveries brought to my door by neighbors who had it placed at their apartment. Neighbors are quiet, respectful and even helpful. Its a really nice place to live and in my opinion for a fair price too. We didnt have any problems with the move out and our deposit was fully refunded.
