  2/4/26and the date is 2/10/26 I have been living in the Nightingale Apartments coming up on three years. The property has changed hands every year since I’ve been here the date above that’s how long my shower has been out no running water. I have to bathe in a bucket But I’m facing an eviction that’s fine when I go to court I have all of the money in full but to be treated this way I had to call the code inspector many times on this property I have the money to pay for three months which the property doesn’t know that I’m an independent contractor the maintenance guy come over to my apartment 2/6/26 look at my shower, then told me this his friend’s truck broke down. He had to go give him a jump or something and then he told me that he was coming back. He never came back. I have paid many late fees the office people never call you back. I think her name begins with a K. She called my mobile phone, talking crazy saying you do not slam the door in my maintenance people‘s face. I have that call recorded you don’t talk to a tenant that way poor hospitality. I also have video of the old property management them coming into my apartment without Permission I have video proof I have emails and documentations how this company and property have treated me so when we do go to court, I’m going to pay the eviction in full which I have the money now and I’m going to show them what I had to endure with this property. I am a maintenance technician myself. I know electrical plumbing HVAC I used to be a chief engineer at a hotel I know OSHA codes and residential codes and the way they are handling this situation is not the correct way.

  there must be a reason they closed up shop in Winchester because they are garbage. it took them a 8 months to replace my refrigerator, and my dishwasher has never worked in a year. if there is any snow they dont clear it. as for communication, they wont return my texts or calls, the whole entire time i have been here. i cant get out of this place fast enough

  Not communicative at all. Why even have a phone at all if they’re not gonna answer. On paper might look nice, but they’re not. Would NOT recommend to anyone at all. I booked and waited, there was no call.
