- JBJavier BoardsDec 13, 20251.0I heard that there's a female staff member that will actually get upset if you don't show her "eye contact" but it doesn't state that anywhere on your website or even the lease it's kind of hard to want to move here and you already have staff acting like Karen's or just borderline entitled, A friend of mine stays here and I can see why he's always frustrated...they replace maintenance men almost every month, you got staff who flirt with other staff and other staff that demand too much such as eye contact that's kind of funny but also sad that's like saying since you live I can just walk in because I work here lol doesn't really make sense or add up so I'm definitely gonna spread this discrepancy to everyone I know thanks again for the Tip Xavier you rock!!!

Bathtub isn’t draining, my son and I are showering in dirty water, have called up to the office daily and still no no one has even come to look at it. In the state of Kentucky, landlords have 14 days to make repairs. I haven’t rented in 10 years but will definitely be searching for a place to buy asap instead of waiting a couple years now.
