Moved in 6 weeks ago. Appliance was broken at move in. Still no one has come to fix it. Bathtub isn’t draining, my son and I are showering in dirty water, have called up to the office daily and still no no one has even come to look at it. In the state of Kentucky, landlords have 14 days to make repairs. I haven’t rented in 10 years but will definitely be searching for a place to buy asap instead of waiting a couple years now.

**DO NOT LIVE HERE** These people are absolutely disgusting. They will lie to your face, tell you how great the place is and how they spent millions of dollars to fix up the place when clearly they havent, they will hang up on you when you call them to voice a complaint and if they even answer. Since we moved in there have been roaches all over our apartment. We seen 5 the first 2 hours of being there. They came in, sprayed and 2 weeks later the roaches were back. We got it sprayed again, and they came back. We asked for a clean out, moved all of our stuff in the middle of the room as asked, cleaned out the kitchen drawers and book a hotel to stay at while they were cleaning and the guy came in and just sprayed, NOT THE CLEAN OUT. They then give you sticky pads and that's it. We caught about 20 roaches, baby and adult, within the first 3 days with three traps. We pay for pest control every month but they will only clean it when requested and only 1 days of the week. They did a yearly inspection, noticed how bad the roaches were, said they would send someone and then never did. I was told by one maintenance worker they spent so much money to clean out the apartments and there hasn't been a roach problem in 2 years but was then told by another maintenance worker my building just had a roach infestation months prior to us moving in. There was SEVERAL roaches inside our internet router that we eventually had to get replaced, roaches in the outlets, visible roach feces on the cabinets drawer and door. They are also not great with repairs. The cabinets are barely hanging on and have broke several times while being there. You can see they tried to repair it by adding several additional nails and not actually fixing it. About 2 weeks into living there the cabinet face broke off and a month later we had one completely fall apart. We asked them to fix our heater because it kept shutting off and out electric bill was almost $250 and all they did was say to replace the batteries. When we replaced the batteries it still did not work, we kept the light off, the heater low and our next bill was even higher being over $350 for electricity in the winter. We have one toilet that will constantly fill with mold. We took a vacation for a week and a half and came back to the inside of the bowl COMPLETELY covered in mold. There is a leak in the corner of my room and what looks like mold growing on the carpets. At first I thought my child spilled water over there but after cleaning it up, it never went away and actually got worse. They also added so many fees they did not mention when we first moved in, including a common area electricity fee ($20), billing service fee ($6) valet trash ($25) and trash usage fee ($20). You also have to pay for internet ($50) and can't opt out of it. All together it adds a fee of $150 to my rent ever month. The staff will lie to your face and act like they are the good guys and turn around and make themselves seem like the victim when you complain. This was the first apartment I lived in after moving to kentucky and this is the worse place I've ever lived in. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE LIVE HERE.

At first, living here seemed affordable, but in the end, you end up paying a lot of extra fees supposedly for the maintenance of common areas, trash service, and pet control. Unfortunately, the common areas look old and poorly maintained. There are cockroaches, my front door has been scratched since I moved in (they said it would be repainted but never followed through), the stairs are in bad condition, and the hallways often smell unpleasant. Additionally, the surroundings are frequently dirty with dog waste, and there is a constant smell of marijuana, even though it’s advertised as a marijuana-free community. Overall, if you have other options, I would recommend exploring them before deciding to move here.

⚠️ DO NOT LIVE HERE ⚠️ I’m writing this so others don’t end up in the same situation I did. On the surface this place looks fine, but living here was a nightmare. Here’s what you should know: Hidden Fees – I was charged nearly $300 extra every month for things I never used. For example, they billed me for a trash service even though I lived right next to the dumpster and never once used it. You can’t opt out. Maintenance is Terrible – Potholes everywhere in the parking lot. Laundry is basically useless: out of 15 washers and dryers, maybe 2–3 actually work at a time, and they’re always clogged. It’s cheaper and faster to go to the laundromat down the street. Water gets shut off so often I lost count. Staff Issues – The staff is unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. They have no problem taking your rent, but if you bring up an issue, they give you attitude instead of help. The only thing that looks nice is the office—and that’s just for show. Dirty and Neglected Grounds – Dumpsters are constantly overflowing and never properly cleaned. Dog waste is all over the property, never picked up. The playground shown in the photos is run-down, covered in graffiti, and unsafe. The pool is hardly ever open, and the gym is a complete joke. Filthy Apartment on Move-In – Mine wasn’t cleaned at all. I found trash in the kitchen cabinets and had to deal with roaches from day one. No Peace and Quiet – There are no quiet hours, and the staff does nothing to enforce rules. The only time they’ll show up is if your rent is late. Bottom Line: This place is not worth your money or stress. They’ll nickel and dime you with fees, ignore maintenance issues, and let you live surrounded by filth. Please save yourself the trouble and choose another place to live.
