Living here has become extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Since December, I have been without air conditioning in my home. It broke months ago, and despite countless phone calls, multiple complaints submitted through the app’s portal, and even going in person to speak with management, nothing has been resolved. We are constantly ignored and never taken seriously.
This situation shows a complete lack of respect and responsibility toward tenants. I continue to pay my rent in full and on time every month, yet I am not receiving basic maintenance services that should be guaranteed. Air conditioning is not a luxury — it is a necessity, especially as temperatures continue to rise.
At first, I tried to be patient and understanding when I was told repairs were delayed because of the cold weather. However, the cold season has passed, and the temperatures are now increasing. I am already experiencing uncomfortable heat inside my home, which is affecting my ability to rest, feel comfortable, and enjoy the place I am paying for.

We like living here; it is relatively quiet and centrally located. However, my concern is the following: the maintenance of the property is terrible and extremely neglected. Getting someone to come fix something in your apartment is a complete ordeal.
It has been almost seven months since I moved here, and my front door is scratched and the paint is completely deteriorated. The hallways and staircases look dirty and poorly maintained. We requested a trash bin for outside so our garbage could be collected properly, and we still have not received one. The surrounding areas are full of dog waste everywhere.
What bothers me the most is that my air conditioner has not been working since December. At that time, after several complaints through the portal, phone calls to the office, and even going in person, someone finally came to look at it. However, nothing was repaired because we were told that in order to open the unit, the outside temperature had to be above 65 degrees.
Last week, I submitted another complaint through the website because the weather is getting warmer, and no one responded. We called, and they said they would send someone, but no one ever came. Today, we went in person because the temperature inside my home is 73 degrees, and my pets and I are feeling very uncomfortable from the heat. The person who assisted us showed no concern and barely paid attention to us. She maintained a careless attitude the entire time and told us that it does not matter how hot it is inside my apartment; they cannot send anyone to check the unit because it is not considered hot enough outside.
It is frustrating that I make my payments on time every month, yet when I need something repaired in my home, I am simply ignored and nothing gets done. A gentleman who was in the office overheard our conversation and offered to come take a look at the issue. We will see if they finally come and fix my air conditioner.
Response:
Very disappointed with the maintenance service and management. We called again today because no one has come to check our air conditioner, even after previously reporting the issue. The woman who answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and had a very dismissive and arrogant attitude. She simply said that our issue is “not considered an emergency,” so no one would be coming to check it.At this point, this feels very disrespectful. It seems like residents’ concerns are not taken seriously here. No matter how small or big the issue is, getting maintenance to respond or resolve anything is extremely difficult.Just because the office does not consider this an emergency does not mean it is not important for the people living here. The comfort and well-being in our own homes should matter. If we consider the opposite scenario—if I decided not to pay my rent because I did not consider it urgent—I would immediately be charged late fees or penalties. When it comes to collecting rent, it is clearly treated as a priority. However, when it comes to resolving maintenance issues, the same urgency does not seem to apply.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from management is unacceptable.

I was a potential resident looking to move in, but they had the audacity to show me not 1, but 2 dirty units as a potential move in unit. The first unit I was greeted at the door with roaches, window seals fill with dead bugs, the baseboards in kitchen was hanging off, no refrigerator, humongous gap btw dishwasher and cabinet. The second unit had washer and dryer but it wasn’t working and was filthy dirty behind appliance. Ceilings fans were packed with dirt and black dust. Also seen more than a few dead roaches. I had to pay through co-sign party and $1300 was non refundable at end of my lease. Also learn abt the hidden fees that you HAVE to pay for using service or not, your contribution to the water bill and still your own electric. The audacity to ask this amount for a dirty apartment.

I’ve been waiting since September to have my dishwasher repaired or replaced. It is now January 25th. I have photo’s to prove everything but will limit to one or two. The entry and walk way to the building always has trash and debris. Walking through grass is difficult being there is dog feces all over the place and often broken glass. As a family with a three year-old boy, the park is also quite a mess. Broken slides, garbage everywhere and was not kept during the summer months. The apartment we moved into was clearly smoked in, it does not have the correct air filter currently. in-fact it had a torn and incorrect size shoved in the unit when we moved into. When taking some of my concerns to the office about my son’s allergies and the condition of the home, the property manager told us she used to be a nurse. As if that has anything to do with being updated on my child’s health. We have found countless screws, nails and other sharp objects in the sinks the bathtub and along the edges of the carpet. Lock fixtures door hinges light covers have all been painted over. speaking with other residents in this building and others it sounds as though they’re sharing the same issues. I also cannot express the amount of times. Cops have had to be here for domestic situations. Or our evenings are flooded with people, screaming, and yelling at each other in the parking lot. This place is not as maintained as it should be in tenant rights are definitely not taken seriously.
I appreciate the generic responses we get with these clear issues, but I have been bringing them to the office staff, emailed the correct and outlined management email, and placed tickets. These concerns have not been addressed when I take these actions.
