I was a potential resident looking to move in, but they had the audacity to show me not 1, but 2 dirty units as a potential move in unit. The first unit I was greeted at the door with roaches, window seals fill with dead bugs, the baseboards in kitchen was hanging off, no refrigerator, humongous gap btw dishwasher and cabinet. The second unit had washer and dryer but it wasn’t working and was filthy dirty behind appliance. Ceilings fans were packed with dirt and black dust. Also seen more than a few dead roaches. I had to pay through co-sign party and $1300 was non refundable at end of my lease. Also learn abt the hidden fees that you HAVE to pay for using service or not, your contribution to the water bill and still your own electric. The audacity to ask this amount for a dirty apartment.

I’ve been waiting since September to have my dishwasher repaired or replaced. It is now January 25th. I have photo’s to prove everything but will limit to one or two. The entry and walk way to the building always has trash and debris. Walking through grass is difficult being there is dog feces all over the place and often broken glass. As a family with a three year-old boy, the park is also quite a mess. Broken slides, garbage everywhere and was not kept during the summer months. The apartment we moved into was clearly smoked in, it does not have the correct air filter currently. in-fact it had a torn and incorrect size shoved in the unit when we moved into. When taking some of my concerns to the office about my son’s allergies and the condition of the home, the property manager told us she used to be a nurse. As if that has anything to do with being updated on my child’s health. We have found countless screws, nails and other sharp objects in the sinks the bathtub and along the edges of the carpet. Lock fixtures door hinges light covers have all been painted over. speaking with other residents in this building and others it sounds as though they’re sharing the same issues. I also cannot express the amount of times. Cops have had to be here for domestic situations. Or our evenings are flooded with people, screaming, and yelling at each other in the parking lot. This place is not as maintained as it should be in tenant rights are definitely not taken seriously. I appreciate the generic responses we get with these clear issues, but I have been bringing them to the office staff, emailed the correct and outlined management email, and placed tickets. These concerns have not been addressed when I take these actions.

I heard that there's a female staff member that will actually get upset if you don't show her "eye contact" but it doesn't state that anywhere on your website or even the lease it's kind of hard to want to move here and you already have staff acting like Karen's or just borderline entitled, A friend of mine stays here and I can see why he's always frustrated...they replace maintenance men almost every month, you got staff who flirt with other staff and other staff that demand too much such as eye contact that's kind of funny but also sad that's like saying since you live I can just walk in because I work here lol doesn't really make sense or add up so I'm definitely gonna spread this discrepancy to everyone I know thanks again for the Tip Xavier you rock!!!
