  My journey to homeownership at Pinecrest has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I started the process, I felt connected to this community. The friendly and professional staff made everything seamless, and every visit to my new home only deepened my appreciation for its thoughtful design. The open layout—from the kitchen to the gathering room—creates a warm and welcoming space, while the spacious bedrooms, convenient laundry room, and luxurious owner's suite add comfort and style. Now that I’m officially home, I couldn’t be more excited to settle in and experience everything this wonderful community has to offer!

  My husband and I recently closed on a home with this builder. Prior to signing a contract, we were given an incentive by Doug Schneider (sales consultant), that we would receive a refrigerator and laundry appliances if we signed before the end of February. Everything within the home and pricing aligned with our needs, so the appliances being included were the cherry on top, so we signed. We closed on 3/27, we still had not received the promised appliances at that time (our mistake for moving forward with closing), but there also was no concrete communication as far as an ETA or even order confirmation, we pretty much were being given the run around. We would reach out to Doug and he would say "oh they should be calling 24 hours prior to give you a delivery window" that call never came. He even told us that we need to call and demand that they bring our appliances, but why should/would we when we weren't the ones who placed that order nor were we given an order number/confirmation. As of today 4/8, we still have not received those appliances we were promised and we were told yesterday by Doug that they would be coming today. After reaching out on my own, I found out that they were not scheduled to come until 4/9. As I'm sure you can imagine, it is a bit difficult to live without a refrigerator (with a small child). The poor communication has been very frustrating and it seems as if once we closed, they just did not care about us anymore. I hope moving forward we will not experience more issues and broken promises with this company.

  I'm just an interior trim carpenter . Homes are good quality from my point of view . Would recommend for buying a new home
