  Ellie Shipp was my real estate agent with the Hope Hayden Firm, when I purchased a condo in Louisville. Ellie was fantastic. I told her what I was looking for. We saw 18 condos the first day, and at the end of the day I made an offer on one that was perfect for me. We negotiated the offer, and we closed 20 days later. Ellie went above and beyond, answering my endless questions, looking up information, providing me advice, recommending a title company, and an inspector. Title closing was simple since I asked for all of the documents 3 days before we closed, and Ellie made sure I got them. I give her and her company 5 stars for the great work.

  Trevor Gill helped us find and purchase the right home as we were moving to Louisville from out of state. His availability and politeness made us feel like we were his only clients during the busiest time of year for buying and selling homes. Our circumstances during the process provided multiple obstacles along the way, but Trevor was an expert at problem solving and seemed to enjoy the challenge. He works tirelessly to provide the best for his buyers. Four months after our closing date, we had an issue with our home warranty. Once again, Trevor was available and willing to help take care of everything and get the situation resolved. His willingness to serve, local knowledge, alacrity, and expertise make him an outstanding real estate professional.

  While many real estate agents feel the need to upsell clients, Anne Hayden uses her expertise for the benefit of the people she works with. Unlike some other agents, she listened to what we needed and wanted during our 400-mile move and worked until we found it. Beth and I found her nothing but honest and helpful during our home search.
