  currently live here and cant wait to move. the fact that we are 5 days post snow/ice storm and residents are having to fight over parking spots because the parking lot has not been cleared is pitiful. mind you there is only one way into the first floor apartments and the sidewalk leading to first floor apartments are covered in snow and ice and have not been cleaned is not only a safety issue for residents, but a lawsuit waiting to happen for the apartments and property management company. you call the office they are not help, saying well we only have one maintenance person. I have literally been calling the office since Wednesday trying to get assistance. the fact that they do not have a contract with someone to come clean ice and snow removal is beyond words. you literally have elderly and those with disabilities scrambling or unable to get out of apartments and onto walk ways safely.

  Doy una sola estrella porque no se puede dar menos, sinceramente estoy muy decepcionada con la atención de las chica de la derecha cuando fui para ver si me rentaba allí. Quería ver un apartamento de 2 cuartos y no quiso mostrarme solo me dio la aplicación y me dijo que viera el plano en foto. Para mi es una falta de respeto y no es para nada profesional. Jamás me rentaría allí. Ni siquiera me pregunto en que me podía ayudar. Jamás me habían tratado asi en ningún condominio que he visitado. No recomendaría ese lugar Jamás.

  Not a good place to live always getting lied to about stuff being fixed they say that they make appointment to come in to fix something but never show up then before we moved in to this place never had bedbugs till we moved in here we was told the people had this apartment before us had bedbugs but they refused to get it fixed before we moved in we was told been not living a normal life for almost 3 months because they owe black diamond pest control money we keep being stood up to get rid of them we are tired of living this way and the dish washer has mold in it we was post get a new one about maybe 2 weeks ago now never did they are just poor management around here something needs to be done now

  Horrible place to live. I can not wait until I can move. Constant harassment from kids/teens that are allowed to just walk around treating residents how they want. Trash is always every where because they don’t keep up with grounds keeping. They change management and maintenance men constantly by switching them around to all their properties so there is always a different face who doesn’t know what in the world is going on. The windows in every unit I’ve been inside are covered in mold including mine. It comes eight back even after bleaching it. If you are on section 8 they will neglect your apartment maintenance requests because they know they will get paid for the apartment regardless. They fix the bare minimum to keep section 8 happy. I have needed work on the outside, a door being rotted/damaged and on my ceiling since 2024. Every time a work order is submitted, they mark it as being completed on the portal even though no one has even been to the apartment or even called you over the matters. I’m not the only one, a couple of my neighbors complain to me over the same things being done to them and that they are going to report or done have reported Falcon crest. The put out papers wanting you to pay for broken blinds or to keep porches clean etc but they don’t even care to keep the property clean. There is a apartment back here at the first entrance, once you turn right the apartment is immediately to the left on the bottom with tore up blinds looking like a tornado hit it inside and out. They are allowed to trash their apartment like that but yet they put notes out like they are so worried about blinds and appearance of their complex. That lady wouldn’t be allowed to have hers looking that way and not have something said and possible eviction because of not listening to said rules if they gave a crap about what it looked like back here or how people treated their rental apartments. The also always want to send out papers saying give their team time to fix issues and that it could take up to a couple weeks to address issues but yet here I am a year later still waiting.

  Ive been 5 years and it really a nice place to live, mgr has been changing but they all was nice to me considering they have so much to do, its nice they take care of the yard and keep the grass cut and someone picks up trash around the property considering so many kids live here, and they have 24 hr security. Falcon Crest pretty much does outside work to update its complex yearly which i like and keeps me signing my lease every year. I would have given them 5 stars but the only problem ive have since i moved in, ive needed a few things fixed inside my apts for months that i have mentioned and still do, but other than that. If u looking for a nice community Falcon Crest apt/condos is the place to live.
