- HAHarb, Heba AJul 10, 20251.0I have been here for more than four years, unfortunately the electrical appliances in the apartment are the worst, the air conditioning is weak and the extractor is very noisy. I received the apartment with some defects in the paint, the room door, the stove and the carpet, and they told me that they would repair everything. More than a year has passed and nothing has been repaired. Every time I send a maintenance request, a maintenance worker is sent to photograph the defects and then the matter ends there.
