  I have been here for more than four years, unfortunately the electrical appliances in the apartment are the worst, the air conditioning is weak and the extractor is very noisy. I received the apartment with some defects in the paint, the room door, the stove and the carpet, and they told me that they would repair everything. More than a year has passed and nothing has been repaired. Every time I send a maintenance request, a maintenance worker is sent to photograph the defects and then the matter ends there.

  I have been a resident of this place for 12 years .. since zidan group takes over the mangment of this complex apartments and changed its name from UPA to crestview and everything get worse and worse!! They increased the rent by 18% all of sudden even the renew lease new is higher than new lease!! The utilites bills increased suddenly by 250% !!!! Msintenance team is very bad and unprofessional ! Please.. don't Lease in these apartments

  Rude Manager(Jenn Holdren), I am Staying at UPA Since Last 7 Years. I never had any problems. Since my lease is finishing by the end of june we informed her on june 3rd that we might leave by the end of month(we are on the monthly basis). she told us that we have to pay the rent for july too since we informed her on june 3rd instead of may 30th. since we have to pay for the whole month we decided to stay. by end the of june we asked her to extend for another month she said that we have to vacate the house in july. we asked her that we did not inform that we are vacating the house and we sent her an email too that since we have to pay for July we will stay. now she is saying that she took the word from the start of june month not end of the June month. she simply lied even though we have the email proof that we will stay not moving. now she is saying that she already rented that apartment to the new people. I didn’t understand why did she rent that apartment even though we did not give her notice that we are moving. she simply steel money from the people for no reason. the old manager(Marsha) was so nice and helped us to move from one apartment to another apartment 2year’s ago without giving us any trouble. since this manager(Jenn Holdren) came even my friends told us everybody are having hard time with her. i saw the reply from the management to this reviews that we give here saying that come and talk to the staff we will solve your problems.(check my email if you want to solve my problem) we tried to call her many times for no use. Horrible management.
