  I just wanted to leave a review for Mrs. Wanda Ortega. She was very polite and helpful. She explained everything to me and we toured many homes. I loved all the homes she showed me. I highly recommend working with her to find your forever home.

  Dummies that install the home installed it too low, had to get them back and show them again what to do, took my axles and blatantly refused to come do work when I was available to watch them.

  Be aware of the hidden fees. We placed a deposit down on a home where the new manager Jarrod said it was fully refundable. He said that he would get us numbers and estimates on delivery fees, set up cost, and the moving cost. He sent Eddie to look at our property, we talked to Eddie who told us he would get with people he knew and get us started but we had to clear the land. Again we said we are not doing anything until we have estimates. They kept pushing us telling us that they were getting them. I got nervous about hidden fees and them using outside contactor on the good old boy system of you scratch my back in scratch yours. So we went and looked at a couple other dealers in the area. The other dealers gave us upfront numbers and we found a home comparable to the deposit home. We let them know what we decided. The nice attitude left immediately and when we picked up our refund it was $250.00 less. This was the fee for Eddie to drive to our property and tell us to clear it. I could of had a full appraisal for that cost. So they lied and as we feared was adding hidden fees. This is not good business and other than Wanda who apologized and said he did say fully refundable I heard him and I am sorry. The others are misleading and will outright lie to your face and steal your hard earned money. Ridiculous
