Whenever the company does not pick up, we are somehow responsible for the trash. I pay for this service. I wasn’t given a choice to not pay for this service. The service should be done by one of the employees if this service is not done by the valet trash company. It is your responsibility to have this done since we mandatorily pay for this service to be done. I have been charged over 100 dollars EXTRA because of your failure. Second, I have been at this apartment for almost two years. The grills have been broken for that whole time. The water pump in the dog park has been broken for the entire time. The ground is also a muddy mess. Trash all over the parking lots. The pool closed for a month and a half during the summer. Third, parking is terrible. For an apartment that I pay 2400 a month for, I’m surprised at this. I like the place, but Christ man. I won’t be back after lease.
