Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, thick - skinned, and doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to solving problems. I have learned a lot just by listening to him.

They try their best to tackle issues before they become a headache, but take care of problems in a timely manner when they do arise. Mike doesn't beat around the bush with fluff, and you can really tell he has a passion for keeping everything up and running smoothly. Whatever they're paying him, it's not enough!

Mike was very patient and took the time to explain to me how to properly dispose of my cooking grease (not the sink believe it or not!!). Wish I could've stayed there longer!
