- JHJ HFeb 20, 20261.0This apartment complex is ran by incompetent people. Terrible management. Don’t lease here. They are charging everyone an extra 200+ dollars for the electric bill because their building flooded (which is a whole other subject) but they plugged in fans everywhere and used up so much electricity and everyone that lives here has to pay for it

They explained everything, helped us get set up on the computer to begin our registration, answered emails and phone calls, and answered all our questions. They were - and continue to be - a huge help - and a main reason for renting at Century Baxter Avenue!

Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, thick - skinned, and doesn't beat around the bush when it comes to solving problems. I have learned a lot just by listening to him.
