  We’ve been a resident at this location for a couple years now and find the staff above and beyond incredible especially Cathy. She has done so much to help make things easier for us here. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her. She’s the maintenance manager and has come in to help fix things for us. She helps keep things maintained throughout the property. She is very friendly and on top of everything. Thank you Cathy.

  A great place to live. I haven't had any significant issues with maintenance concerns, and the building management are responsive and helpful. The location is also great for local shopping and dining.

  This place has the most passive aggressive “nonhelpful helpful” management. No amenities to speak of, small dark apartment not worth the price, constant mostly pointless emails. Management does not take responsibility for any shortfalls on their part and will instead lie and avoid addressing the subject of cite “miscommunication”. You are forced to pay for cable even if you don’t want it as they bundle it with weak WiFi service. You are also forced to pay for trash valet service with constricted pickup times/rules. Fees fees fees! Your rent will not be what is quoted. Very excessive service fees for water, sewer etc. Additionally I moved from out of state and was charged $50 for not turning on my electricity on the lease start date (arbitrarily dated 4 days before the 1st of the month) even though I arrived 2 days later. Management asks that you spy and see who doesn’t pick up dog poo for a gift card reward😂 Also had roaches and reply email implied i bought them in on cardboard! When they were actually coming from a poorly sealed toilet as I was on the ground floor…Kitchen cabinet facing falling off, non-sturdy closet fittings…. I could go on! Broke my lease and very happy to have moved after a few months! Rent at your own risk!!! I can’t wait to receive an insipid reply from management…ahhh there it is!🙄

  Good location, next to no amenities (no gym, dog run, etc.). Only a couple of the pricier floor plans have anything more than a bedroom closet. One piece of advice to management: Ditch FiberIndy/FiberX. I've never seen higher than 5mbps download speeds. Wouldn't be a problem if you could choose your ISP, but you're required to pay their $85/mo cable and internet package.
