  Ask for Jared when visiting. He's one of the sweetest and most genuine guys you'll ever meet. We were highly impressed with his "non-pushy" selling. He is also knowledgeable on his product but if he isn't sure, he will do the leg work to find the answer to your questions. He was patient, respectful and listened intently.

  Tabb was phenomenal!!! Very informative and helpful! Tabb was energetic and a great listener. He answered all of our questions, and helped us through the process of home ownership and how to apply. We are very excited for our future home.

  I had a wonderful experience today working with Wanda during my visit to look at a mobile home. She provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived. She was very kind, patient, and made the entire process feel comfortable and pleasant. Wanda explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. One of the best things about her service is that she is bilingual, which is incredibly helpful for those of us who speak Spanish. It made the experience much easier and more welcoming. Overall, everything was handled beautifully and professionally. I truly appreciate Wanda’s help and her warm attitude. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and provides outstanding service, I highly recommend asking for Wanda!
