  Easy move in but it’s been really hard to communicate with front office, some miscommunication about garages, etc. hope it improves, there is potential but maybe they are just understaffed ?

  I absolutely love these apartments! There’s a dog park and lots of grassy areas to walk my dog around. The grounds are very well kept and clean. The swimming pool is big. The gym is fantastic and has everything I want and more. The staff are amazing, especially Austin and Scotty. They have been so wonderful with everything and are incredibly helpful. Not to mention I feel really safe and in good hands. All these attributes make me happy to live here, year after year.

  I’m still in the midst of the application process, however, I must say Scotty has been wonderful. I live in NJ, and he did a virtual tour with me, took his time during the walkthrough, I didn’t feel rushed, and he answered any questions I had. Not only that, he has been very responsive with follow-up questions and has even gone above and beyond to assist me with hiccups I’ve encountered by reaching out to my home state leasing office to further help me. Again, I’m still pending approval, but even if I don’t get accepted, I’m appreciative of the help Scottie has been. He is a real asset, and deserves recognition for his politeness, knowledge, efficiency, and dedication on making this experience top tier.

  Scotty was fantastic! He made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free, especially with my two ESAs (Beerus and Dante). He quickly added them to the lease as approved Emotional Support Animals with no extra fees, answered every question promptly, and kept me updated every step of the way. Highly recommend Century Belmont Station and Scotty — he went above and beyond!

  My fiancé and I had an amazing tour with Scotty! He was amazing professional and answered all of our questions! He is very kind and showed us everything we needed, although we couldn’t see the actual apartment we wanted he did everything he could to show us one very similar! He was amazing and the complex is beautiful and so relaxing and quiet and everyone there between staff and the community were so nice and welcoming! Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone!
