  I’ve been living here for a while and it’s been a really great experience. The location is the biggest draw, right in the middle of everything in the Highlands. The staff has been genuinely helpful since I signed my lease. They’re easy to get a hold of, and maintenance is on top of things, which is a relief. The amenities are also kept up well and feel modern, so it feels like you actually get what you’re paying for. What I appreciate most is that my place stays surprisingly quiet. It’s been a very peaceful spot to come home to, even with the neighborhood being as busy as it is. It’s a solid choice if you want to be in this part of Louisville but still want a place that’s updated and well supported.

  My experience at Century on Baxter has been Top Shelf! Seth has gone out of his way to make my transition smooth and easy. Honestly the staff here has made me feel like a King. Love Century on Baxter. I made the right choice by moving here

  Only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. I signed a lease with Century Baxter and paid my deposit a few weeks ago. Now they're telling me I can't move into that unit despite already signing a lease. The current tenant initially gave them notice that they would not be renewing their lease but have now changed their mind. Would not trust them.

  Century Baxter’s only real advantage is its location. Unfortunately, my experience living here has been extremely frustrating. Maintenance issues go unresolved for months, often with no communication at all. My ceiling is literally falling down in several places, and the Century team will not even respond to my messages. There are also ongoing fire alarm issues that have caused the alarm to go off in the middle of the night. The rent payment process is another major problem. Tenants are forced to pay either by cashier’s check or through a third-party app that charges an additional 3% service fee. My account was set up on autopay, so I did not realize for quite some time that I had been paying an extra $70 per month just to pay rent. The package delivery system is poorly managed and consistently disorganized. On top of that, I have had items stolen from my truck while it was parked in the gated garage, which raises serious concerns about security. The HVAC system is either undersized or not functioning properly, and the hot water heater is so small that it cannot even fill a single bathtub with hot water. We have had to heat water on the stove when someone wants to take a bath. I have lived here for almost a year, and based on my experience, there are much better places to spend your money.
