He was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions and made the entire process smooth and stress free. We also want to give a thank you to Mike and Melvin. Mike was extremely thorough when he came out to complete the trim work and water check. He made sure everything was done correctly and paid attention to every detail. What really stood out was how much time he took to walk us through all of the appliances and show us exactly how everything works. He was very kind, professional, and really about putting the customer first. Melvin was also great and worked right alongside him to make sure everything was taken care of.

He stays on top of things and will do everything he can to help you. He is laid back but also very attentive. He is a straight shooter. I was one of the people that was reading reviews and alot of the ones I read were about Tyler and their positive experience with him. Now i see why. And im glad i went with him.
