- PMPatty MillikanApr 8, 20262.0Staff I’ve experienced other than the previous manager has been fantastic. Maintenance staff has been excellent. Unfortunately they are also given cleaning jobs which is ridiculous. We need cleaning staff. In the year I have lived here, the place continues to go down in cleanliness. Walls are scratched, baseboards are dirty. Entrances are always dirty. Clubhouse has 2 dirty rugs which are beyond being cleaned again. In saying this, I am very happy living here although I see people leaving everyday. We pay too much to live here not to have a nice clean rental.
