  We have lived here for 15 yrs and it is an awesome place to call home! This is the only place we have lived in Kentucky, it is quiet, close to shopping , medical facilities, church and the interstate. The office personnel are terrific, very helpful and accommodating. The Maintenance staff is very knowledgable , professional and very prompt in addressing your requests. There is a great pool, tennis court and weight room.

  Great management! Newly renovated fireplace apartment. Staff cares about tenants, they work with you to make your stay pleasant. I just renewed my lease for an extra year. If you are quiet and want to live in a nice place, please come on over. ( if you like noise, please go away 😁)

  The Resort At Lake Crossing hires a towing company to take away any cars that don't have a parking pass, even they have been parked there for just a couple min. And not to mention, there are only a few (well hidden) signs telling you that you can get towed. It is up to the tenant to tell you to use "guest parking", despite you being there at their request, and the parking lot being empty. I was thinking about checking out The Resort At Lake Crossing for an apartment, but after having to pay $134.02 to get my car back due to "well the tenant should have told you to use 'Guest' parking", I think I will look elsewhere.

  I have lived in this complex for three years now. The office hours can be frustrating if you work an 8-5 job good luck trying to make it to drop your rent off because they are always already gone and closed on Sunday's. Every time I call no one answers I have to call multiple times through out the day. I recently called stuck at work worried about a package that was left and just asked if someone could swing by and put it inside my apartment for me, no one did and no one called back to let me know. They leave notes saying on certain days someone is inspecting something inside my apartment a couple times a year but before raising my rent each year no one comes to inspect the mold in my shower or my bathroom ceiling cracking. I have liked living here but over the years it has gotten frustrating to now pay $740 a month and can't even get a favor every now and then like something as simple as picking up a package for me.
