I'll give one star because it won't let me go forward with no star. This place is a joke!!! My daughters apartment floods non stop. The amount of personal property she has lost due to mold is unreal, the rent is more than the 1800 square ft townhouse i just started renting in Beaumont. They let her trash sit so long without collecting that it started collecting maggots. They are definately taking advantage of college students. In all reality, they actually owe me money for what i've had to replace due to the amount of times the apartment flooded. Maintenance requests are always entered but nothing ever gets fixed. The requests get marked as completed but nothing changes.

Based on their mundane and robotic responses to reviews, management needs professional guidance and direction as they remain incompetent and lack accountability. The building continues to violate numerous Kentucky housing codes and FAILS to deliver a safe, clean, healthy living space for residents. Abominable and distasteful place. I can’t wait what irrational response they offer on this matter. Lol (watch below)

Do not be fooled by the 5 star ratings as they are incentivized through guest tours and visits. It is a way for them to soften the blow and mask their unethical ways. I lived there for over 2 years (2022, 2023) and the recent comments are 100% true. From the elevator problems, engineering issues, foul hallways, gnats during the summer, broken locks, shootings wifi down, etc etc. They simply leverage their location to attract tenants and use building 1 as a “showroom” but please cautious beware. Look throughly/ ask questions before signing. Management certainly needs ethical and hospitality training. The building has been sold to multiple ownerships- indicating its perpetual lack of care, ownership, and accountability. BE AWARE ALL UKY STUDENTS AND GRADS

My daughter is a current resident - we won’t be renewing the lease. I have reached out to the leasing office several times, nobody has responded to me. I have visited her a few times this year and I’ve noticed that each time at least one elevator is broken. She said that is normal. She has lost WiFi on countless occasions and had to go to the library to study. The fire alarm apparently goes off a few times a month. There are so many false alarms that the residents ignore it now. The external door closest to her apartment has been broken since she moved in, so the security is fake. It takes several months for work orders to be complete. So much so, I bring tools when I visit and fix things myself. So far I’ve repaired an outlet, a garbage disposal, and a broken dryer. The pipes burst and flooded a stairwell. The stairwell was out of order for weeks. While the elevator was broken. No fire hazard there. Everything is dirty and in disrepair. When you visit in the summer you’ll think they are working on the place. You’ll see a lot of half painted walls and broken things. Don’t be fooled - they aren’t fixing any of that Just got another notice today that the water is not working. And another fire alarm. The response to this post is ridiculous. The doors have been broken all year long. And they want me to believe they are working to fix them
