  I have lived at Palomar View with my wife for just over two years now, and it is truly one of the best apartments in the area! The 1 Bedroom floor plan we live in is super comfortable, and we feel very safe at all times. It is close to everything, including UKs Campus, and it is also accommodating to guests with lots of parking. Additionally, the Office Staff and Maintenance Teams are all friendly, professional, and make us feel at home! We would highly recommend Palomar View to anyone looking for a safe, modern, and quiet place to live in the Lexington area!

  I was towed from this area and have to pay $300 to the tow company! The picture clearly says VISITOR!!! The tow company is blaming the apartment complex for inadequate signs??? Really?? I need my money reimbursed.

  So fortunate to be working for the great staff at Palomar View Apartments. They are timely with their requests and keep the property grounds looking great. The 9 foot ceilings in these apartments really open up your living space. This community has everything you need for up to date apartmenthome living. Jamie Omni Pro-Clean
