  Lived here almost 2 years ,in the beginning staff was very friendly and as I’m a very quiet resident that stays to myself I don’t often catch a lot of the drama and rumors that I always here in the neighborhood, its big and it’s diverse which I do like . The leasing office has went through several people and the property originally winter wood when I moved in was sold to someone else neither have a good reputation and I try to ignore it . I’ve had a maintenance request that lasted more than a year while here so I knew things would be an issue . If you are hiding anything or up to no good though (IM NOT) this isn’t a good place to live , they do inspections and come into the property monthly ,if not more . Parking is super strict , you will get towed ,as I understand people tend to bend the rules ,the property is still not understanding if you make a mistake even if you don’t make them (they call it equal opportunity) I call it callous and unprofessional, they won’t work with you on rent even if there are emergency issues of any kind (they’ve evicted a ton of people since I’ve moved in ,more or less who deserved it or not ) Parking - there is now alittle transparency where visitors can park (posted on ground ) The tenants all park in the visitors parking so that leaves you with the bare minimum of visitor parking ,you will get towed still Rules - after living here without a complaint on me the new property management took over and instantly I got a letter in the door for what was allowed ,isn’t allowed ,they let it be allowed ,but we are now not allowing it (incompetency will not want to be held accountable) The inside of my apartment is clean because I keep it clean the inside of the building is decent You will have residents who will be a problem (so yes different buildings and places are dirty ) The playground has damages , the gym gets shut down a lot because of tenants damaging it and the leasing office movie theatre must be closed for good because it never was put back in its original form (also a tenant issue ) The pool stays packed all summer it’s a decent pool it’s not deep it’s great for the kids and normally there aren’t issues there I always hear about vehicle damages and things being broken into even in the exact same lot I’m in I don’t have these issues because people avoid talking to me and meeting me (probably because I’ve been told I look like a cop) Paying Rent Be warned If you are even $1 short you will get hit with a late fee they are that petty and won’t budge I’m not from lexington so I cannot inform you of better places to live I pay $1,193 2Bedroom 2 Bath (really small kitchen ,big living room The economy has became brutal I’m from louisville and I’m not even sure if it’s cheaper there right now as I haven’t lived there in a few years now . If kids running everywhere and being kids bother you (this isn’t the place ) which that’s a personal issue in itself It’s diverse here too Your experience could be different then mine because my building is quiet Here and there kids are playing in the building running all over the place making noise (including my 4 yr old when he’s here ,if that’s the worse I will see and hear I’ll take that ) There is security here I’ve seen them here really late and super early I’ve talked to others who have complaints about them ……. I haven’t had any issues with them ,they don’t go out of there to do anything that I would consider unnecessary or extra for no reason

  I currently live here and i love it. The management is so nice and a joy to be around. If you need something done they are more than willing to help you. They explain everything so well and in detail. The apartments are so nice and spacious
