Front office always responded to me very quickly when any issue arrived, maintenance was friendly and quick with repairs. Shout-out to Nicole, Casondra, and the maintenance team for being there when needed even when I locked myself out of my apartment and garage at 7:30 AM on a Sunday morning! Edit: I forgot to add if you find yourself having to put down a deposit to move in you shouldn't worry. They were very fair in their final walk through of my apartment. I got the amount back I deserved. Some places find every reason to not give you your deposit back but the Waterstone is pretty fair.
