  First Realty Experience - Couldn’t Have Been Better! Shannon and the entire Vanessa Vale team are wonderful. I was first time home buyer, and was unsure of how the process worked, but Shannon was always willing to help guide me in the right direction. I was also quite grateful for the other services and recommendations, like Move Concierge for setting up utilities and water, and helpful recommendations for homeowners insurance. Shannon and the Vanessa Vale team are excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a realtor.

  Great team, buying and selling! We worked with Shannon and Vanessa to help my young adult daughters purchase homes and to sell an existing rental property. They worked quickly and efficiently to handle the details. Shannon was the primary contact and both daughters found her relatable and helpful in guiding the process for their first homes.

  Tiffany Welch is the BEST!!! From start to finish Tiffany guided us through the incredibly daunting task of buying a house for the first time. I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me every step of the way with a smile. We LOVE her! I know everyone says that people go “above and beyond” but Tiffany gives new meaning to the phrase. Anytime I had a question, she was two steps ahead anticipating hiccups and finding solutions before I could even ask. I can honestly say that I don’t know if we could have even closed without her help. It takes a very skilled, and caring person to track down all the information that Tiffany was able to get for us and to put our minds at ease during one of the most stressful times I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even do justice in describing just how grateful we are, and the positive impact that she has had on our home buying experience. I would highly recommend Tiffany to anyone buying a house, but especially to those who are so new to the process that they don’t even know where to begin.
