- GMG MJan 3, 20261.0My son was a tenant here and I paid every month. A year after moving out they filed a credit report against us for supposedly owing them 1020 dollars for a pool pass that allegedly wasn’t returned. Please don’t rent here. Total scam !

- ESEthan SproullDec 10, 20251.0Hello my name is Ethan I am an ex employee and resident at the Lex apartments. I wanted to come on here to share my personal experience. To begin this is frankly the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. The management is extremely rude ( except for Jordan) and will mock residents behind their backs. Whenever there are maintenance issues ( which is frequent) the maintenance will wait a set amount of time since it isn’t a priority… Now understanding that there are so many maintenance issues this can be seen as reasonable. But frankly, half of the issues are recurring since they weren’t completed with more than a coat of paint and maybe, if your lucky some elbow grease. Furthermore, I’ll have to look again but every single positive review on Google and elsewhere is done by employees or friends of employees almost none are actual independent uninfluenced residents. Building off of that there are certain incentives (favors) that the complex gives out to these people to write these good reviews. Finally, I wanted to leave off my experience at the lex with a recommendation. Please change your property manager, he is putting it nicely a very standoffish individual who avoids any sort of meetings with residents and fun fact plays video games in his office all day. I’ve seen the controller Ryan. I hope this review helps with people wanting to learn more about the lex and have a good year at college and not being stuck for a full year in this horrid place. Ps. There are several health code violations varying from feces in the halls to black mold growing in the apartments to roaches in the apartments.
