  I have nothing but great things to say about Palomar View. From the leasing office staff to the maintenance team, everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful. Every question or concern I had before moving in and even now as a current resident has been handled quickly and with genuine care. You can tell they truly love what they do, and it shows in the way they treat their residents.

  A great team to work with ( From management to maintenance) . They communicate very well and quick to deliver solutions. We appreciate their professionalism as a vendor.

  I have been at Palomar View apartments for 2 years. It has become home to me. I was unsure about moving to an apartment. I am so grateful I chose this one. It has been such a wonderful living experience for me. Jamie and her team are great! They are always there to meet any need I have. It’s very peaceful here and I love it! Thank you, Palomar View Apartments.

  I have lived at Palomar View Apartment for over 1 year and just renewed my lease. The grounds are kept clean, maintenance request are answered promptly and the online portal is very easy to use. Everyone is so friendly especially the the ladies in the leasing office. I especially like that it is animal friendly!

  Horrible place to live and horrible management. No insulation, no soundproofing between units, you can hear your neighbor pee. The stairs are connected to the bedroom walls so don’t expect to get any sleep. If you have a horrible neighbor, management can’t be bothered. They care about their rent, they cannot be bothered with the residents. Maintenance is awesome, you will become best friends because you will submit a ton of requests. I submitted 36 in a little under 4 years. Go somewhere else and enjoy where you live….. EDIT… the response from management below is a joke. Yes you came to my unit and heard the issue and did NOTHING. Your response can be as polite as you want. Doesn’t change the fact that you did nothing as my upstairs neighbors smoked dope on the porch while their kids ran screaming through the unit and sent my special needs child to the hospital twice. Then they locked their kids on the balcony to cry. You didn’t let me out of my lease to be polite, I was able to get out of my lease because of ADA Laws and your inability to enforce “Quiet Enjoyment”which was my right per KY tenant rights. My original review stands. Horrible place to live.
