  Lived here long term, initial experience was decent with a good maintenance staff and routine property maintenance, in about the past year the office staff became unhelpful and unfriendly. The AI phone service is downright unusable and community upkeep dropped off a cliff, any issues were either ignored outright of hand or impossible to raise due to previously mentioned automated phone service. This drop in quality and care has unfortunately taken what used to be a vibrant and friendly community into something that feels from home.

  Very beautiful property !! Couldn’t ask for a better management team! Always maintained and looking great. James and Carly are great.

  Ive been living here since June and I absolutely love it! Its a nice quiet community with little to no issues. The pool was great during the summer and I love that the gym is open 24/7 as someone who gets off of work late. Even though the appliances aren't the most up to date, they still work very well. I also still cannot believe how big the bedroom closets are. I haven't needed maintenance to come out yet either which is amazing. No bug issues thankfully other than the few spiders on the balcony. I see myself staying here for as long as I need to.

  Lived here three years. The locations fantastic and close to everything. The rents decent, the gym people are always friendly and polite and its very pet friendly with a dog park and bags everywhere.

  Only reason I did not move here is my employer may be transferring me. There is a grocery store and a few restaurants across the street, they are in the back of a nice residential neighborhood, have a creek and a dog park, and the staff is friendly.
