Don't move here! Roaches, Poor Management, and bad maintenance! I don't write reviews, so please understand I want to warn everyone.
I've lived here for a year after moving to Lexington blindly. During this time, the management team has been replaced twice and I'm waiting for the current ones to be gone too. The pool they advertise was open for literally about two weeks total this summer. The apartments are super small and the circulation from the wall units flows through a hole in the bedroom's wall. When I called Maintenance to fix an AC leak, it took two months to get the thing fixed. In the meantime, the room's carpet grew mold and the complex refused to do anything except bringing a guy with a shop vac to "dry" the carpet. In August our plumbing backed up into our tub and they cut a hole into the bathroom wall to attempt a fix. The hole has yet to be repaired as I write this review. The staff is rarely around and are super rude.
Let's just say that when I move out in January, I'll be throwing a party.
I repeat, DON'T MOVE HERE!

RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS A PLACE. There disgusting absolute sickening. They never answer the phone, They will not listen to anything. That lady that’s in the office the one that don’t have an office WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE. She lied to me and my husband for months About an apartment. We sleep in our cars for months. She’s weird all together. They don’t tell you the place has roaches till the day you move in and already signed the lease we have spent 280 dollars to get rid of them. UNTILL they cut a hole in our wall and will not fix it. Now there back and we’re going tru the same shit. My bath tub has not drained in 9 days we’ve been showering at his dads. Do they care lmao no I’ve called and called made maintenance request even talked to them ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This place needs shut down as soon as our lease is up we’re out. Also made a call to code enforcement they will be here tomorrow.

DON’T DO IT! ROACH INFESTATION IM READY TO TELL MY STORY: very few pictures from my camera roll are below-
May 5 2025 I signed and obtained my keys to my place here. I set off bombs like I’ve always done in any appointment prior to moving my things in. The next day came back did a walk through bleached and cleaned everything (I’m OCD) and begun moving my things into my new “beginning home”. Didn’t put my bed together as I left the tools needed in Michigan which is where I transferred from for work purposes; so I slept on my mattress on the floor for 3 days. Left returned back to Michigan and three days later returned to my place with the remainder of my things. By the second week of June idk abt anyone else but I started to become mentally unstable due to roaches coming from the vent, in my shower, out of the plugs, and from the toilet. I have emails and voice redoing where this issue was constantly reposted and was informs that the exterminator was scheduled, they didn’t come a few times and the third time I was told they rescheduled in which they still never came. I have footage on my ring light of an exterminator coming and spraying the outside of my neighbors apartment and nothing for my inside not outside of my place. Let’s not forget the strong cat urine smell (I have no pets) that was embedded in the wood of my patio. It got so bad that I myself called the code enforcement and was then in a verbal disagreement with Officer Whittaker who stated my place did not look infested yet I have boric acid around my entire house and visible dead baby roaches. From there I kept going calling 211 to get guidance and by this time I obtained so much photo and even video footage of the infestation it had gotten so bad I was walking around my place with roach spray as they would be crawling down the walls sand so forth. I was then connected to the health department who came and gave them so many days to get my place exterminated and that’s when the exterminator came out and sprayed the outer perimeter of my heights house who stayed her place was infested and she can’t even use her own dishwasher. ATP I’m staying out working late leaving my lights on all day and night along with my central air; this being my last straw I got home at 3am took a shower and was headed to get a snack from my fridge opened my fridge to 4 roaches in my refrigerator ($300 worth of food down the drain). I drew up my termination request least and contacted corporate. In the end I was given my deposit back and was let out of my lease which wasn’t an easy process. First I was asked to look at a sister property who 4 residents told me HORROR stories of their infestation and I declined to move my things there. Finally I was given the opportunity to forgot my lease without any repercussions reason being I believe is because my next step as stated was legal action. I was left with extreme trauma as I’ve never lived with any insects other than typical ants my advice just don’t even live anywhere that has Denton & Floyd associates with it. I found another sister property unintentionally while looking at places while staying in an extended stay and was notified of the same problems. I DON’T usually do reviews but I figured I’d try to save someone the headache if I can. Move here at your own risk. OH FYI THEY WILL BE SITTING IN THAT OFFICE AND HAVE THE CLOSED SIGN SHOWING.

Service is terrible, my showerhead randomly stopped working called them about it said they’d fix it, still broken. Called them upwards of 14 times today not a single answer. Don’t live here.
