  My daughter lives here. We have let the office know several times that they are infested with roaches. Not just hear and there. They are everywhere. We are out several hundred dollars in bombs and spray they never spray the complex at all. They do however charge you each month in your rent for pest control. This is so inhumane. Do not move your family hear. We are unfortunately in a situation where she can not move at the moment. They do not answer the phone in office. They have seen several reviews on here and responded yet no one has ever prayed about n the year she has been there. I have taken this a step further and reached out to the health department. That was our only hope . I will continued to reach out to them until they take care of this matter. This is disgusting . Absolutely no excuse for it. You’re charging your tenant each month for pest control so it is clearly paid for . Why continue to let people move in here knowing that it’s infested. This is grounds for civil lawsuits at this point. Do better. Don’t just respond and ask to speak to us in person like you always do. Actually call and reach out to pest control and get this problem fixed. To do anything ourselves is getting us no where because they just go to the apartments next to us and come back when it’s all clear. I am so mad. I am beyond my breaking point with this place . In not world is this okay. I will call the news if I have too. I won’t stop until it is taken care of. They are quick to take your payments but they can’t even keep it clean for people . You all should be ashamed. There’s absolutely no excuse it would take two weeks to get this taken care of with a little consistency. Start caring about the people who keep your business afloat. I will be back to let you all know if anything changes and what the health department has to say.

  *I REALLY DONT WRITE REVIEWS,* The pictures are a lie. The dog park is not for dogs, they are allowed to poop anywhere. Abandoned cars are left where they are at. Rent says 700+... they mean 900 for rent... Laundry Area, pff nothing works and youll waste your $ and wont get it back. Im waiting for this lease to finish. Once my lease is up itll be my 1st and last yr here. Now to see what plan they have to keep the deposit. I also have plenty of photos that i will not post, RUN AWAY!

  Don't move here! Roaches, Poor Management, and bad maintenance! I don't write reviews, so please understand I want to warn everyone. I've lived here for a year after moving to Lexington blindly. During this time, the management team has been replaced twice and I'm waiting for the current ones to be gone too. The pool they advertise was open for literally about two weeks total this summer. The apartments are super small and the circulation from the wall units flows through a hole in the bedroom's wall. When I called Maintenance to fix an AC leak, it took two months to get the thing fixed. In the meantime, the room's carpet grew mold and the complex refused to do anything except bringing a guy with a shop vac to "dry" the carpet. In August our plumbing backed up into our tub and they cut a hole into the bathroom wall to attempt a fix. The hole has yet to be repaired as I write this review. The staff is rarely around and are super rude. Let's just say that when I move out in January, I'll be throwing a party. I repeat, DON'T MOVE HERE!

  RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS A PLACE. There disgusting absolute sickening. They never answer the phone, They will not listen to anything. That lady that’s in the office the one that don’t have an office WILL LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE. She lied to me and my husband for months About an apartment. We sleep in our cars for months. She’s weird all together. They don’t tell you the place has roaches till the day you move in and already signed the lease we have spent 280 dollars to get rid of them. UNTILL they cut a hole in our wall and will not fix it. Now there back and we’re going tru the same shit. My bath tub has not drained in 9 days we’ve been showering at his dads. Do they care lmao no I’ve called and called made maintenance request even talked to them ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This place needs shut down as soon as our lease is up we’re out. Also made a call to code enforcement they will be here tomorrow.
