- CCcashmoneymajor1Jan 20, 20261.0Lived here long term, initial experience was decent with a good maintenance staff and routine property maintenance, in about the past year the office staff became unhelpful and unfriendly. The AI phone service is downright unusable and community upkeep dropped off a cliff, any issues were either ignored outright of hand or impossible to raise due to previously mentioned automated phone service. This drop in quality and care has unfortunately taken what used to be a vibrant and friendly community into something that feels from home.

They do their best to keep everything clean and well maintained and they do a great job of communicating issues, activities ,and scheduled building maintenance with the tenants. 10/10 would recommend, Great amenities, great location (Kroger, liquor store, mexican restaurant, pizza place, pub, barber shop and so much more within) all within walking distance.
