  I lived at Ashton Park Apartments for 5 years. It was a mostly positive experience but with some bumps. Sharon always answered our needs promptly. I remember one time our AC went out and she personally showed up to help us out nearly immediately. She's polite and professional. Work orders are answered next day as well by the maintenance worker. The apartments are nice, the surrounding community is growing and the suburban surroundings are beautiful. The available gym in the clubhouse is perfect for your needs. The neighborhood is safe. As a night time walker, I've lived in questionable areas before, I probably wouldn't put this place on the list as per other reviews. For the bumps. Our unit had some on and off toilet issues in the main bathroom. It was serious enough to need some serious work at one point and time. It was a come and go issue, and it seemed that property management insisted we were flushing wipes, which we weren't. Albeit the problem was resolved, and I didn't experience these issues for the last 2 years of living there. I've been in management for going on a decade. Customer service is a strong suit in my skillset and I notice when it falls short. I've had a number of rude interactions with one of the property managers, Angela. I brush that off personally, but it was notable enough for mentioning here. Finally, and this may be more of a personal opinion sort of thing as a lot of property management does this and may not necessarily be solely an Ashton Park Apartment thing. We had a month's rent amount deposit up front, and after 5 years of utilizing the living space, our return was a low percentage of that amount. Given, we definitely lived there and the space was indeed used, in no way trashed whatsoever, but used. With monthly pet rent, and a pretty hefty rent amount that moved up with the market each year, one would hope that some portion of that amount paid (~$80k over 5 years) would go into turning the apartment over and less charged to us directly. That being said, if you didn't pay a deposit and choose to occupy for more than a year or so, keep $1k in your savings for moving out for fees for inevitable occupying wear and tear. Due to these bumps I couldn't give a 5 star rating, but my interactions with Sharon directly and the quality of lifestyle living here can't quite place it at 3 stars, to explain the rating. I made some good memories here and the quality of the apartments are nice and in a good community. I appreciate the time I've spent here.

  I lived at Ashton Park for two years while I was working in Lexington. I had a very positive experience and never encountered any issues. The property is well maintained and the staff is great. They are very responsive and work hard to make it a nice place to live.

  Sharon the owner is very nice and keeps the property clean. When something breaks, Jim is right on top of it. Ronda is the office manager and she ROCKS😃. That smile will make your day!

  Great community, friendly staff! Safe and quiet. We have lived several apartments in Lexington and never felt like home, this is the first we have felt is our home. So glad we found this place!

  The apartments are conveniently located in Lexington. The apartments are beautiful and color schemes are great. They definitely have a homey feel to them. This complex is very quiet and I feel very safe here. The property manager Rhonda goes above and beyond and will help you with anything.
