  THE REVIEWS YOUR READING ARE 100% ACCURATE. Oldham Oaks has been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. Two weeks after moving out, they tried to charge me $2,300 and immediately sent it to a debt collector without ever contacting me or sending me a move out statement. The debt collector ended up sending it back to Oldham because the charges couldn’t be validated or legally supported. Management constantly sends emails threatening to fine tenants for the smallest things, wants to DNA test dog poop to see who owns the dogs, and won’t even let you decorate your own balcony outside of certain seasons, it’s almost comical the stuff this place pulls. Gina and her staff are by far the most unprofessional team I’ve dealt with across six different apartments. I would never recommend living here. This is a joke of a complex who makes there’s money by sending there move out statements to debt collectors to scare people into paying. IF YOU WERE IN MY SITUATION DO NOT PAY!! Know your rights and do not get scammed.

  Would just like to say that Gina and her staff are top notch. I work with a lot of property managers in my line of work and Gina is in the top of her field with professionalism and taking care of the tenants that live there. I sometimes hire employees that relocate to the area and she always works with me to find them a unit. With prices of apartment units being so high in the area, they are really affordable. I highly recommend them.

  Amazing Place! Amazing staff! The grounds are well maintained. And Gina is always helpful! I love living here. Feels like home
