We had an excellent experience with Pulte! Specifically, the construction manager, Conner Sophie, is great to work with. Because of Conner, all our questions were answered quickly. We closed on time and love our new home! Conner is extremely knowledgeable about the entire build process and takes great pride in delivering a perfect home to his customers. We had the best experience working with Conner and recommend Pulte/Centex homes to everyone!

Deserves 0 stars. Let me start by saying, I feel second hand embarrassment and making this post has taken some time because I do not write bad reviews, but in my heart feel people should know some truth about what they’re actually getting into. READ THIS ENTIRE POST AND REACH OUT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS!!! Find me on Facebook or Instagram. MOLD. WATER DAMAGE!!! BUBBLING FLOORING. AWFUL HOA APPROVAL REGULATIONS IMO. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH A LOWER INTEREST RATE, it will end up costing you much much more time, energy, and eventually money. From May 2024 to now, we have had a laundry list of issues with our “new” home. This home is NOT “built to last.” As a very young, first time homeowner and mother, I was overjoyed with the thought of purchasing my children’s “childhood home”. This has rapidly turned into a nightmare. I would feel guilty even selling this piece of crap to anybody else!!! Don’t get my wrong, my house looks great at surface level. But the bones of this home were broken when they were installed. If this review doesn’t stop you in your tracks and turn you away, I HIGHLY recommended getting your own home inspection. Beware, no matter how much their paperwork tries to bully you and scam you into thinking you will lose all the money you’ve put down if you can’t close in time due to your own home inspector finding a multitude of problems with their work!!!! DO IT!!!! Ever wonder why they “stand behind their builds”? Could you imagine the lawsuits if they didn’t have this “amazing warranty” to come back and fix everything, they know isn’t right to begin with. Piss poor workmanship. A multitude of nail pops. I’m talking hundreds. MOLD growing on our bathroom wall TWICE now, due to condensation from issues in the attic. Dirty water due to the water heater not being installed properly and pulling hot water from the bottom of the tank, took 3 service calls and 2 full water heater drains for them to find the problem. Water damage in bedroom from a leak. Broken heating and cooling system that caused the upstairs of our house to be 85 degrees for months. To be fair, yes. They have come through to fix everything. However, a brand new home should NOT be having all of these problems and definitely not as significant as such. REMINDER all of this has been within the first year of living here. The warranty won’t last forever. I’ve had to rearrange schedules SEVERAL times to have repairs done because who can work when something constantly has to be fixed? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!!!!!! Also, the HOA wants your first born child (not literally, but you get the point) before they will approve anything you want to do. Can’t even change the plants in your landscape without getting it approved. You have to pay a fee, submit a lot survey, elevation plan, pictures of anything you want to do. Also it takes 15-30 days depending on how much you want to pay to get it expedited. Save yourself!!!
